Ryan is a founder and an executive officer of Next Level Baseball. Ryan played for legendary high school coach Jeff Hogan at Florida High (1986-1989) and at North Florida Junior College and Tallahassee Community College, and was offered a professional contract by the late legendary scout Fred Hatfield (California Angels-1989). Ryan has coached in high school (Leon H.S. and Munroe H.S) and was the recruiting coordinator at Tallahassee Community College for four years, in his four years at TCC there were 21 players drafted by professional teams. He founded and coached the Tallahassee Titans Scout Team and the Bears (Collegiate Summer Team). He has worked in the scouting industry for ten plus years for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Pittsburgh Pirates, Anaheim Angels, St. Louis Cardinals and is presently an area supervisor for the Milwaukee Brewers. He received scouting credits for Major League Players Matt Diaz (Atlanta Braves) and Jose Bautista (Toronto Blue Jays). Other players that he has signed include: Micah Posey (Angels), Bobby Cassevah (Angels), Zack Riera (Pirates-Angels), Michael Swinson (Cardinals), Kyle Heckathorn (Brewers), Brooks Hall (Brewers), D'Vontrey Richardson (Brewers), Tyler Roberts (Brewers), Matt Costello (Brewers), Brandon Sizemore (Brewers), Connor Lind (Brewers), Tyler Thornberg (Brewers), Jason Rogers (Brewers), Derrick Shaw (Brewers),Dexter Bobo (Brewers), Jed Bradley (Brewers), Malcom Dowell (Brewers), Renaldo Jenkins (Brewers), Andy Moye (Brewers), and Will West (Brewers). Notable draft picks that were not signed but drafted by the club that Ryan worked for was Buster Posey and Steven Drew, both players were picked late in the draft and ended up being first round picks in later drafts.


Doug is a founder and an executive officer of Next Level Baseball. A Tallahassee native, Doug Reynolds played for high school coaching legend Mike Posey at North Florida Christian School. After high school he played four years at Liberty University before signing with the Baltimore Orioles Organization as a catcher. After his playing days Doug coached for one season at Tallahassee Community College before emabarking on a scouting job with the Milwaukee Brewers for the past 16 years and counting. Doug is now the East Coast Supervisor for the Milwaukee Brewers. Doug signed Major League Players Mat Gamel and Tim Dillard as well as top prospects Lorenzo Cain, Caleb Gindl and Brent Brewer to name a few. Doug is known in scouting circles as one of the best evaluators in the game.


Brandon is the Vice President of Next Level Baseball, as well as one of their premier hitting and fielding coaches. Brandon grew up in Tallahassee, and started for the 2001 State Champion, Godby Cougars where he played under the highly decorated coach, Robbie Zimmerman. He earned a scholarship to play at Tallahassee Community College where he helped lead the team to a Conference Championship in 2004. After TCC Brandon played at Mercer University where he lead the team in hitting. Brandon then transferred back to Florida State where he ended his college career playing under coaching leagend Mike Martin. Brandon was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 49th round of the 2007 first year players draft. Brandon now runs the day-to-day opperations for Next Level Baseball. And in his short career as a hitting instructor, he has coached many hitters to the college and pro ranks.

Michael Hyde, a Tallahassee native, grew up playing youth baseball locally and finished his high school career with several all-big bend honors including the Wendy’s High School Heisman. Hyde continued to be successful at the junior college level helping lead his team to a Panhandle Conference Championship at Tallahassee Community College. Following one season at TCC, Hyde played in the Valley Baseball League in preparation for his first season at Florida State University. While at FSU, Hyde compiled an unprecedented 26-5 record as a starting pitcher over three seasons. Hyde was also selected to play in the Cape Cod Summer League where he pitched against several current big leaguers for the Orleans Cardinals. At the conclusion of his FSU career, Michael Hyde was signed by the New York Yankees where he continued his winning ways by capturing a League Championship. Hyde capped off his playing career with two seasons of professional experience and is now helping Next Level Baseball maintain their elite status in the youth baseball training industry.

Alex Fonseca made his way back to Tallahassee and joined the Next Level Baseball family after spending three years at Florida Atlantic University and four years in professional baseball.

BillieAnne was born and raised in Tallahassee where she grew up playing youth baseball and softball. She stands as the only female baseball player to play Babe Ruth baseball in Leon County. In high school, BillieAnne earned All Big Bend and All State honors on the softball field at Lincoln High School. At the conclusion of her high school career, BillieAnne earned a scholarship to play softball at Florida State University where she was part of two ACC Championships and a third place finish at the College World Series. In the summer of 2006 BillieAnne became a member of the US Representative Team where she played in the Olympic Festival in Puerto Rico. Currently, BillieAnne is the head softball coach at Lincoln High School and Director of Softball Operations with Next Level.

Sarah Hamilton has joined the Next Level program in anticipation of taking softball in the Tallahassee region to the next level. Sarah's accomplishments include: 2010 LOUISVILLE SLUGGER/NFCA DIVISION I ALL-SOUTHEAST REGION SECOND TEAM SELECTION 2010 ALL-ACC SECOND TEAM SELECTION 2010 ACC ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM SELECTION 2010 ASA SOFTBALL TOP 25 WATCHLIST SELECTION 2010 ACC PITCHER OF THE WEEK 2010 PRESEASON ASA SOFTBALL TOP 50 WATCHLIST SELECTION

Coach Stuart has over 15 years of coaching experience with the legendary Orange County Batbuster’s organization, the USA Athletics ASA organization, as an assistant at Florida A&M University (FAMU) and with training the Puerto Rican National Team. Coach Stuart spent 14 years coaching ASA travel ball teams in Southern California from 12U to 18U with the last 8 of those years at 18u Gold. Every 18u team with which coach Stuart was affiliated qualified for ASA Gold Nationals, finishing in the top 10 nationally.

Stuart Tapley is the newest member to the Next Level Baseball family after playing baseball for four years at Florida State University. Stuart played third base, second base, and outfield while being a Seminole. The Apopka native was the winning pitcher in the 2001 Little League World Series United States Championship against the Bronx, NY in Williamsport, PA. While playing little league as a youngster he pitched and played shortstop.
